1. Upload Trigger: The upload of your media to our cloud servers occurs only when you manually select a specific feature and actively confirm the action. We do not upload any personal media files in the background or without your direct interaction. The interface clearly informs you before the upload takes place.
2. Data Retention & Deletion: Uploaded images are stored temporarily on our servers solely to complete your immediate processing request. All uploaded original files and their processed results are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 72 hours after the upload is completed. VividGaze do not retain, backup, or use your images for any other purpose (such as training AI models or data mining).
3. Security: All file transfers are encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Access is restricted to automated processing systems.
To deliver core features, process analytics, and support in-app purchases, VividGaze integrates with the following third-party software development kits (SDKs). Each SDK may collect and process certain device and usage data as described below. All such processing occurs only after you have consented to this Privacy Policy.
• Purpose: Mobile attribution, marketing analytics, and campaign performance tracking.

They do not collect, transmit, or process any personal data: Retrofit & OkHttp (networking), Glide (image loading), ExoPlayer (media playback), DataStore (local preferences), WorkManager (background tasks), and Hilt (dependency injection).
